Early and precise detection

Fire Rover operation

State-of-the-art technology

FireRover is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to guarantee optimum fire protection. Here are the main features of our system:

Detection

FireRover identifies hot spots with a thermographic camera, reacts instantly to flames with a flame detector, ensures early detection indoors with a smoke detector, and enables operators to send an immediate alert thanks to the manual trigger.

Transmission and analysis

FireRover uses the site's Internet connection and power supply. In case of emergency, the system switches to its own power supply and an autonomous 4G/5G network. The FireRover control center immediately checks for threats before confirming the alert.

Alert and preparedness

Once the threat has been confirmed, operators prepare for the extinguishing operation (gun positioning, environmental checks, etc.).
In addition to communication via the APSAD P5-certified monitoring center, FireRover communicates live with operators in the field, using sound and light diffusers.
The system can also manage technical stoppages (process, mills, conveyors, water curtains, deluge, S.S.I., etc.).

Switching off

The FireRover monitoring center and its operators extinguish the fire using the cameras and the water cannon.
The FireRover operators' aim is to extinguish the fire as efficiently as possible, with extinguishments lasting only a few seconds in most cases.
The team remains connected until the end of the event to provide operational support if required.
